It's definitely my favorite cafeteria un Fairbanks. Not only the food and drinks are super delicious and at a great price but also, and specially, what I love the most is its people and ambient. Everybody is so friendly, welcoming and with great costumer service and being able to watch the artists train is unvaluable. You have to come!!

What was good at Lumi today? EVERYTHING, First, an awesome atmosphere and super friendly hosts. I had a latte, it was *perfect* (truly) and my companion had a macadamia nut latte. Perfectly balanced and just the right amount of sweetness, Lunch were Tuscan Sandwiches….i had extra cheese and she had turkey. Oh My Gosh. Remember Speedies? It’s the Bread Man! This house-made bread was so good, haven’t had bread like that since Speedies Subs. This sandwich isn’t one you’re going to eat driving down the road, it’s packed with gusto and gives it all! It’s overflowing with goodness and flavor. Even surprised with pickled garlic mixed in, very subtle but THAT sent it over the top. I’ll be back!

Small local shop with great coffee options. They are happy to customize it for you. We also had a Mexican wrap which was very good. Definitely recommend for a quick breakfast if you’re in the area.

Literally the cutest little coffee shop in Fairbanks. The barista helping us was incredibly friendly and was very intentional when making our lattes. The coffee shop is very aesthetically pleasing, however the drive here was a little interesting. LUMI is definitely a hidden gem that you HAVE to try when visiting the area.

DELICIOUS COFFEE and healthy filling food options! I tried their new sandwich and it was so yummy. They also have Buddha bowls. 10/10 recommend!

Quaint Scandinavian vibe coffee shop in Fairbanks - recommended for your morning coffee run as you’ll be greeted by the kindest barista you’ll encounter. Try their Cookie Butter Latte - it’s too good and tastes amazing hot and cold!

Best matcha of my life! The barista was so sweet and totally tailored our drinks just for us. They were amazing. We trusted the great reviews on here, and we weren’t sure where we were headed, but we landed in the cutest little hole in the wall and will 100% go out of our way to come back!

Finding this place during a winter storm advisory was a happy accident. We both had the macaroon mocha - one with oat milk. It was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. It’s tucked away in an out of the way area but well worth finding.
